We’ve added a handful of new updates recently to make editing, cataloging, and setting up your page easier. Here’s what’s new!
💬 Inquiries
Turn interest into conversations. Buyers can now message you directly from the piece detail page using the new Inquire button — no more chasing DMs across social platforms.
📜 Certificate of Authenticity (beta)
Creating COAs by hand is a pain. Our new COA generator lets you create professional-looking certificates in seconds, complete with important details and an image of the artwork.
🔍 Advanced Filtering
Got a large collection? We get it. Advanced filters help you quickly find the perfect piece in your collection to share with a client.
🖼️ Art Types
You create and collect more than just sketch cards. To help categorize your entire art inventory, we’ve introduced more Art Types.
🎨 Profile Graphics
We’ve added a couple of default graphics to help spruce up your profile page! These designs are courtesy of the super-talented Mike Thomas. If you love the look, be sure to check out his Etsy page for similar stickers and show him some support.
🎥 Video Clips
Want to document your process? Show proof of work? In addition to images, you can now upload video clips up to 250MB.
🔒 Private Pieces (beta)
Not ready to share your work? No problem! With Private Pieces, you can catalog your artwork without sharing it with the rest of the world.
🔑 Password-Protected Collections (beta)
Need to share private pieces with clients? Add them to a collection and set a password for access.
📍 Location Inventory
Ever find yourself asking, “Where the heck did I store that artwork?” With Location Inventory, you can now track where your art is stored — whether it’s at a gallery or in a box in your garage — so you never lose track of what you have and where.
⬆️ Increased Limits
Add up to 30 images per piece and enjoy an increased image size limit of 50MB.
